Instrument characteristics
The online analyzer for methane/non methane total hydrocarbons is designed and developed based on the laboratory non methane total hydrocarbon chromatographic analyzer according to the HJ/T38-1999 standard, taking into account the high water vapor content, high concentration, and complex operating conditions of organic waste gas. After being filtered by a built-in filter, the sample is collected into a quantitative ring. The sample in the quantitative ring is then sent to a chromatographic column for separation through the action of a carrier gas. The separated components are sequentially detected by a FID detector to obtain accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis results. This product achieves the strongest practicality and highest cost-effectiveness according to the specific requirements of users, while meeting various performance indicators.
